The host was available on the phone to help with any issues. Very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent, a true get away from the city. Endless views, loved the playground, our toddler enjoyed it.

Such a beautiful, welcoming and cosy place. Surrounded by lovely scenery and so peaceful. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly and the accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Although there were guests in tge neighbouring accommodation you couldn't hear a thing and still felt tucked away. We went out exploring anglesey and there is so much to see locally it's a great location to get around. Already looking to book again and take the whole family

The property was spotlessly clean and reasonably comfortable. Overall we were well impressed. It was also warm. Price was reasonable. I visited with my son who has mental health problems. We enjoy sea fishing. We always try to keep our “ fishy “ smelling clothing and tackle in the car to avoid contamination of the accommodation but I worry that we might leave some odour behind us. I’ve been looking for a place to bring my wife for breaks occasionally and it certainly fits the bill. The next sections remarks are not meant as criticisms but rather observations.

Steps are too high and edged with jagged stone which is a slip and trip hazard, particularly for me as I am 67 and don’t see as well as I used to. Also they are poorly lit in the winter. The lighting is not bright enough. There were other minor things like a broken door Handel but generally we were pleased with what we got.

We were greeted by the ownerwith an explanation of how to access the fuse board if the power went off. Sure enough, as soon as we tried the kettle,the power tripped. This happened twice so we plugged it in in the lounge. Didn't feel terribly safe to be honest. The central heating was off but there were electric heaters in the bedroom and lounge. No heating in the bathroom. The fridge is rusty, as is the cooker top. Overall it was ok but the power issue really needs sorting. The owner's clearly aware as he told us about it but didn't respond to my email when we left explaining why we'd moved the kettle. I'm not one for negative reviewing generally but feel people need to know about the power issue here. Also, there's no handle on the inside of the living room door so don't close it!

The annex was spacious Has kitchen the cooker was old and didn’t cook very well The hole annex needs updating but has everything you need for a stay No hand towels or clean towels replaced The steps leading down to the door very high and my son fell down them. No lights at night time so even more dangerous The door in the living room had handle missing and was sharp the bottom door hinge was snapped in half so nearly fell off when shutting . The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve slept on the slats and all uneven so had to sleep on the floor all of the stay. Wifi not good kept going off The tv kept going off even though was digital The shower was an electric one very poor hardly any water comes out Again all needs updating
