Orbi Residence Apartments

we where very disappointed because booked apartment for 4 person and it was 1 bed only for 2 person and sofa.

Location was good and was value for money.

They don't accept card payment and only require cash.

After a long research to combine between the good emplacement and price, this apartment was the perfect choice that my wife & I made. For our journey (3 Nights), we were so satisfied, cause the stay was so helpful by the accommodations. Thus, the stay was in the heart of the boulevard of Batumi and every touristic place was near to the building. As a customer, I recommend for sure, especially that Mr. Igor is joignable by whatsapp and he seemed happy to help if needed. P.S: >> Don’t forget to charge the access card for the elevator after 5 use, cost 1 Lari. >> Try to shop at Will Market not the nearest to the building but the other one, on the next avenue. >> To exchange money, on your left you’ll found kind of shops that offer this service.

A suggestion: the pillows need to be changed for more confort >> It’s totally a personnel opinion.

host -IGOR sold confirmed apartment for a higher rate to other customers ( most probably Russians ) and did not offer an alternative option. he is not a reliable person . Hotels. com helped us , Many thanks to Hotel.com staff - they were just outstanding helpful . they offered much better accommodation than Igor's poor sea&sun appartments . I will never book Orbi Sun&Sea Apartments
