רעש מהרחוב של אמבולנסים וצלצולי פעמון בשבת בבוקר קצת הפריעו.

בסדר למעט קפה הקפוצ'ינו שלא היה מקצועי . אם המחיר היה חצי אולי היה שווה .במחיר ליום לא שווה יותר מ-200 דולר ליום . Okay except for the cappuccino coffee which was not professional. If the price was half, it might have been worth it. At a price per day, it's not worth more than $200 per day.

הזמנו סויטה קולוני . נציג הקבלה דניאל והמנהלת אגתה היו מעולים . אבל בעיות לא היו חסרות למרות שהוזמנה סויטה. הבעיה העיקרית הייתה שהחדרים לא היו אטומות לרעש שלא איפשר לישון בלילה . מגבות חולקו בקמצון ומגבות פנים יו חסרות . כוסות זכוכת מתאימות לתה לא היו . כוסות שמתאימות לקפה ארוך לא היו והקפה נזל מהכוסות . סבון מוצק חולק בקמצנות . ודבר פשוט כמו חימום מזגן לא עבד בחדר הסלון ובאמבטיה הקור היה נורא כי המלון לא דאג לרדיאטור בחדר אמבטיה . We booked a Colony Suite. The receptionist Daniel and the manager Agatha were excellent. But there were problems even though we booked a suite. The main problem was that the rooms were not soundproof, which made it impossible to sleep at night. Towels were distributed sparingly and face towels were missing. There were no glass cups suitable for tea. There were no cups suitable for long coffee and the coffee dripped from the cups. Solid soap was distributed sparingly. And a simple thing like air conditioning heating did not work in the living room and the cold in the bathroom was terrible because the hotel did not take care of the radiator in the bathroom.
