Nous avons été particulièrement touché par l accueil chaleureux et l atmosphère familiale de ce bel établissement. C est une véritable immersion dans la beauté et la créativité. La piscine est un havre de paix....avec son jardin exotique absolument magnifique on sent l amour et le soin prodigué depuis plusieurs générations. Le buffet du soir fait briller nos yeux et pétiller nos palais ....de la cuisine maison et variée aux couleurs d italie Les gâteaux du petit déjeuner son sublimes.....le cake au citron un véritable délice. le personnel bienveillant toujours un mot gentil avec le sourire ,c est un réel plaisir ces 5 jours ont été remplis d émotions fortes et de moments inoubliables grâce à l engagement et la beauté de cet établissement unique

I have stayed at many hotels in Italy but this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of mine. This hotel is indeed a hidden paradise with comprehensive amenities. I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning.

I’ve stayed at top, top hotels and this one is right up there in terms of service. Davide was literally everywhere. I’m not convinced he doesnt have a twin brother. He was at reception when we arrived, he pretty much made an appearance at breakfast every day, he was helping out in The Terrace bar and restaurant. Always with a friendly greeting. 10/10 for Davide’s passion and enthusiasm. The boy and girl at breakfast were also very friendly and hospitable, as was Mauro who we would encounter most evenings and it was clear there was communication between the staff because he was always aware of what we had been up to that day. That consistency is really very rare to find. The lady who cleaned the rooms most days was also very pleasant and helpful. The guys and girls in The Terrace, who also served the pool bar were friendly and pleasant also. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable; yes it could be a little bit noisy in the evening but there seemed to be a noise curfew at 23:00 so it was not a problem - and anyway the shutter blinds were amazing at keeping out most noise and all light! We slept the best we had in years! Breakfast was great with a wide selection of all kinds of foods (highlight was always Mamma’s cakes!). Pool area was very pleasant, always enough beds, even if you had to be a little brave to swim in late May. Beach area was also really enjoyable. We ate at The Terrace a couple of times - it was decent food at reasonable prices. Davide helped us with a parking space - not quite sure how they managed to fit so many cars into such a small area - and with some directions etc. We really liked the resort as well as the hotel and would like to return. So many great bars and restaurants in town and a really nice vibe.

Shower water temperature/pressure was disappointing. In fairness we only reported it the last 24 hours or so of the vacation. We also didn't get the bathroom amenities refilled the last couple of days - we didn’t report that at all but these are points to work on so that next time will be 11/10. :)
