- belle piscine avec coin boisson / nourriture, c’est sympa. - personnel agréable.

- le check in a 15:00, je n’avais pas fait attention lors de ma réservation, c’est vraiment exagéré… Si vraiment les femmes de ménage ont besoin de 3h, je me permets de vous conseiller de décaler le check out à 11:00 pour un check in à 14:00. En Thaïlande, il fait nuit à 18:30, alors faire un check in à 15:00… Il y a encore quelques années c’était 12:00, puis 13:00, aujourd’hui c’est 14:00, et pour la première fois je viens d’expérimenter 15:00 dans cet hôtel… Bientôt le check in à 18:00 ?!… Vraiment, c’est un gros point faible, que je vous recommande de corriger, en toute bienveillance. - le lit était très dur, j’ai eu mal au dos pendant 2 jours après être rentré chez moi. - la climatisation, même réglée au minimum de sa ventilation, c’était assourdissant ! Je ne sais pas si c’est pareil dans toutes les chambres, mais la mienne c’était compliqué de dormir, vraiment (chambre C205). - une canette de bière à 140 baht au bar de la piscine, c’est trop… C’est presque le prix de 3 grandes bouteilles en magasin.

Très bon hôtel, les chambres sont propres, personnel gentil. Petit déjeuner ok. Assez loin du centre à pieds mais ok si vous prenez un grab.

Tôi ở phòng B622, phòng rất đẹp ngoại trừ bồn cầu. Họ dán một cảnh báo không được vứt bất cứ thứ gì vào bồn cầu, bao gồm cả giấy vệ sinh. Tuy nhiên, kể cả không vất gì vào thì hệ thống xả nước bồn cầu và hệ thống thoát nước bồn cầu rất tệ, chậm, và không thể cuốn trôi tất cả. Tôi đã đến lễ tân 2 lần để trình bày về vấn đề này, tuy nhiên họ có sửa nhưng không hoàn toàn giải quyết được vấn đề nên suốt 7 ngày lưu trú tôi chỉ dám đi tiểu, còn muốn đi đại tiện tôi sẽ đi ra bên ngoài nhà vệ sinh gần bể bơi. Và thật nực cười là bồn cầu nhà vệ sinh ở bể bơi lại không dán bất cứ cảnh báo nào về việc không được vất bất cứ thứ gì vào bồn cầu. Dường như khách sạn đã biết vấn đề ở bồn cầu phòng B622 nên đã dán cảnh báo ở đó và không cố gắng sửa chữa vấn đề. Thật áp lực trong vòng 7 ngày ở tại phòng B622, chỉ sợ nếu khách sạn đổ lỗi do tôi và phạt 5000 bath mặc dù tôi chẳng có lỗi nào. Ngoài điều này ra thì mọi thứ đều tốt, đội ngũ nhân viên vô cùng niềm nở.

Absolutely nothing was 2 days like nightmare

I took a room with private pool, to be comfortable with my family, but nothing was private not the pool not even the room, alot of little fly’s was stack in the window in the next morning, and a giant lazer was there to eating them, started to ask them to come and clean from 10 they came at 17:00 after a 7 times i asked them to came.

Sehr gute Lage. Schöne Anlage. Zimmer geräumig. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr oberflächlich. Einmal haben die frischen Handtücher gefehlt, ein anderes Mal wurde vergessen die Kosmetiktücher nachzufüllen. Oberflächen wurden schlampig.
