Taille des chambres petit déjeuner, personnel très agréable dans sa totalité, on peut louer rapidement des scooters , 2 piscines , Clim très efficace

Attention l’hôtel est non fumeur même sur le balcon des chambres ou au bord de la piscine , il y a une petite zone à l’entrée un peu dommage

Do tohoto hotelu jsme se vrátili, protože se nám tam poprvé líbilo. Líbilo se nám tam i teď, ale kvalita trochu upadla. Pokoje byly velké, ale nebyly každý den moc uklizené. Na zemi byl nepořádek, vlasy, špína. Zapomínali nám dávat čisté ručníky a osušky k bazénu. Co nás zarazilo, tak, že v naší budově nebylo možné dostat ručník na ruce - pouze ručníky velké. Což z hygienických důvodů nechápu. Vždy by měl byl ručník na ruce a na tělo zvlášť. Ale na recepci jsme opravdu moc moc poprosili a nakonec nám ho donesli. Bazén by si zasloužil už rekonstrukci, kachličky postupně odpadají. Personál je ale úžasný, všichni se pořád usmívají a jsou opravdu milí. Snídaně byly vynikající - vajíčka, omelety, ovoce, zelenina, pečivo, lívance a místní jídla - maso, rýže. V restauraci vaří taky výborně na večeře a dělají úžasné koktejly bez alkoholu, pouze z kupy ovoce.

Postel byla šíleně tvrdá, i po všech masážích mě všechno z ní bolelo. Málo polštářů, žádné ručníky na ruce. Nedostatečný úklid.

Personnel au petit soin très accueillant

2 piscines avec une en roof top avec une superbe vue et bar à disposition. la chambre avec piscine, très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Vous pouvez choisir des excursions depuis l hôtel et louer un scooter.

j ai donné mon linge à laver et ce n était pas vraiment au top : je compare par rapport à un autre hôtel, et le linge n est pas vraiment revenu blanc...ils ont dû mélanger les couleurs. la distance pour aller au centre ville et plage , au moins 30 min à pieds.

The foam party for the children seemed to be quite fun. Looks great on the surface.

The beds were really really hard like a brick. Asked for two mattress toppers to try and soften and caused me back pain. Tiles round the edges of the pool are sharp and scratched my partners back & feet. Towels smelled damp. Paid for private pool but all pools are pretty much in the shade all day and are freezing. Aircon unit is very very loud. Breakfast wasn’t great. Not much selection for westerners. The bread was stale making extra dry toast and no amount of butter could save it. Brought up these issues with the front of house assistant manager and told them that because of the back pain caused from the really uncomfortable bed, we would have to leave and find alternative accommodation. We stayed 2 nights and had 2 remaining. They refused to refund the remaining two nights because we had “chosen” to leave even with the issues raised. I dont think it was acceptable from a 4 start hotel. I would rate it a 2-3 star at best. It’s also about 30 mins walk to the beach. We moved to the grand mercure hotel and had a lovely 2 more nights in absolute comfort!

My favourite hotel in Thailand. The staff are fantastic and the breakfast and two pools are excellent.

Les prestations sont superbes, le confort des chambres est incroyable, le cadre, le personnel est plutôt sympa, à l’écoute, et le petit dej est très bien et varié. Nous avons par ailleurs bien aimé le conseil sur le salon de massage que nous voulions.

Juste un petit souci sur le service Laundry la veille de notre départ, qui ne nous a pas rendu l’ensemble de notre linge mais ne nous a pas prévenu qu’il manquait du linge quand nous avons récupéré le paquet. Résultat: nous sommes partis le lendemain très tôt pour l’aéroport avec 2-3 vêtements en moins.
