Very helpful/friendly staff, held package for a week before I arrived. Facilities are about right for the price range, and everything relatively new/in good condition. A bit outside of the city centre, but only a couple minutes' walk to the nearest metro station (Suanzes - Line 5) which is then a 15-20 minute ride into the centre.

Air conditioning in the room (apparently the whole hotel) was not working for the first day. Not much in the immediate neighborhood in the way of shops/food options, but the easy access to the metro makes up for that.

It was close to a park and Metro station; safe access to the room; late check-in. The morning receptionist...

The breakfast in our first day: bad orange juice and the "fresh fruits" served were probably from the previous day or two days before; the coffee was so so. The breakfast could be improved a bit. The window of room 304 must be fixed and same for the A.C. - this doesn't allow to use the functions. The pillow cases were not of the best quality. The price for the same room was at least twice cheaper with 2 weeks in advance, until our check-in date.
