The location was nice as it is walking distance for all including children and orderly people without any heights/slopes issues. It is on front of the road, Taxi is easily available. Hardly 4-5 minutes walk till you enter the border of Haram Masjid.

There is not much options available for foods and restaurants. The closest variety is in Safwa Tower. There is an inside resturant which has a buffet for only Indonesian groups who usually hire the entire building throughout the year. You need to take 2 elevators/Lifts to access your room. The rooms are small and hardly any space. The bathrooms are average. There is no hotel own parking, however there is a nearby paid parking which is after 1 or 2 buildings (5 to 8 meters away from the hotel) that charge 25 SAR per hour. The bellboy "Ghalib" is a best person who is always smiling and willing to support. He drive over the trolley carrying our luggage all the way from nearby paid parking to the hotel room. There was another bellboy who gave us the worst experience at the Good bye time as he refused to drive the trolly few steps outside the hotel hardly 5 meters to drop-off our luggage to the Vehicle despite the hotel management ordered him to do so and we gave him a tip too. Since we were there in Makkah for 4 nights and most of the time shall be in Masjid Haram, the Hotel ranking or experience doesn't matter much as long as it is on walking distance without any hassles. Due to rain, we were able to even manage with Haram prayers inside our room since all the prayers proceedings were easily listened. In the end, I must say the people at reception were good too.

No breakfast added but too high price 755/SR for 2 nights with poor facilities and top of that they are playing with Vat amount. they did not provid hotel bill.
