Nice & helpful staff & comfortable room which was quite big. Handy location. Breakfast on rooftop was nice & good value but really, really slow - & want really that busy. Was pretty full so didn't get a great room but think some of the other rooms are much better, having glanced in to one,.so suggest you ask for one not by reception .

We had the room opp reception which was pretty noisy. Was v annoying that the guy on night desk was watching TV or something st 6am. While it wasn't on loudly at 6am it is v easy to hear when you are just across. I mentioned this to reception & they gave me earplugs but didn't pass on my suggestion that he use earphones as it happened again the next morning! V annoying. Our room was quite dar as no window - it was a v busy time so not much else available but we were offered another room for later in our stay which was pretty fair.
