Le personnel, le cadre charmant, les chambres spacieuses, et calmes. Les 2 terrasses dont une très intimiste avec une superbe collection de soleil de toutes les régions. L.hotel est superbement décoré. Un service de restauration en terrasse marin jusqu'à 15h. La proximité a 6 minutes du zocalo. En fait, il faut absolument le voir avec un rapport qualité prix imcroyable

Pas de stationnement cependant il existe 2 possibilités. Soit utiliser les stationnements publics Soit utiliser le service de valet pour 400 PESOS, que je ne recommande pas du tout car les 15 minutes données se transforment facilement en longue attente.

Very nice staff who were friendly, helpful and kept things clean. I left all knds of belongings in the room for nearly two weeks and nothing ever went missing. They are great people. It was quiet at night. I did not miss having a TV, wifi was very good. The breakfast was good with a beautiful view overlooking the town from the top of the hotel. I loved all of the sunshines all over the place. It gave a unique, artistic element to the interior and exterior of the hotel. It was close to walk to centro. You could hear the faint church bells, which was lovely and not loud enough to be disturbing. I have fond memories of my time here.

A few areas were in need of general painting or repair as it is an old building, but nothing extreme. At times there was an odor seeping up in the bathroom, but they cleaned daily and took care of that.

The reception staff was kind and courteous. The location was a short walk from downtown, uphill. The room was is small yet comfortable (bed comfortable too) and clean. There are extra small warm blankets for the cool evenings. We had no need for heat, so I didn't check to see if the AC unit had heat. There is AC stand up unit and our room had a balcony double door view to the outside. The light traffic didn't bother us as we were out most of the day. This is a very nice location. Exceptional value.

The room doesn't offer TV and no mini-fridge or microwave. This is not a problem for us as everything we needed was accessible in town.

La terrasse du toit (malheureusement pas ouverte le soir) la terrasse intérieure. On a pu choisir notre chambre entre 2. Personnel très gentil.

Équipement un peu vieillot dans la chambre, salle de bain peu fonctionnel, Fenêtre avec la clim compliqué a fermé. L’hôtel est assez haut dans la ville, il faut grimper pas toujours simple avec des sacs.
