Merci Nemea Apart'hotel nice je suis tres content de ma semaine de vacances passé hébergé dans votre Apart'hotel hotel ou je me suis senti comme a la maison ,malgré que vous êtes a côté de l'aéroport on écoute aucun bruit des avions, facile accès a tout les transports vers les destinations souhaités,piscines et le bain a remours j'ai aimé dommage que j'ai pas eu le temps de profiter assez ,je vous recommande sans doute et je vais aussi sans doute revenir je regrette pas de vous avoir choisi. MERCI

Da vi fikk rommet, var rommet fullt av fluer. Gulvet var ikke støvsugd. Det var en vannlekkasje inne på rommet som gjorde at vi måtte kaste klær til over 700 €. De rengjorde rommet kun en gang på en hel uke, og da støvesugde de ikke en gang gulvene. Vasken på badet var tett. En hund på naborommet bjeffet konstant. Så vi gledet oss til oppholdet var over. Sånn skal det ikke være på reise. Vi har vært på 2 stjerners i Nice som har vært veldig bra og som har vært mye bedre enn dette 4 stjerner hotellet. Vi fikk heller ikke noe igjen for alle klærne vi måtte kaste, enda vannskaden ikke var vår skyld. Grunnen til at vi ikke fikk nytt rom var at hotellet var fullt. Vi kan med hånden på hjerte si at dette gjorde ferien vår mer eller mindre ødlagt. Dessverre

We enjoyed our stay.

Mostly kind staff, one particularly angry and discourteous team member. The room AC did not work, and there was a trash dumpster set afire outside the hotel - thus the fumes entered our room (because we opened the window due to nonexistent AC). However, beautiful rooftop pool and indoor pool - and we didn’t use the sauna, but it’s a nice perk.

The property feels pretty run down. There was a huge hole in the bathroom leading to under the bath where clearly there's been some plumbing issues. Skirting boards had fallen away and rotted from damp. The room had a strange and unpleasant smell. The sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable to sleep on. Aircon just about worked, but wouldn't get sub 20C. It was the cheapest available close to the airport, so I didn't have high expectations so 3 star rating reflects price. We were only staying 2 nights as a stop gap so was ok, but wouldn't spend any longer.

The bed was not made, so we had to ask for linens and make the bed ourselves. There was also no soap in the room so had to go back to reception for that. The air conditioning was broken so they provided a noisy fan that I had to help them assemble. There was no possibility to change rooms as the hotel was fully booked. All in all not a hotel I’d go back to. Will point out though that the staff were polite and provided a free breakfast as compensation.

The people working there cant speak english. They only cleen the room once a week. The water in the shower is either extremely hot or very cold. Positives the room is big and the kitchen is good.

Le lavabo était bouché et donc presque inutilisable. La lampe principale de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Quand je l'ai signalé a l'accueil j'ai juste eu droit à "ah zut", aucun geste commercial ou attention, alors même que je venais de dire que je remontais a Lyon en voiture et que j'aurai besoin d'une bouteille d'eau.
