Location, size and cleanness of apartment was great

Extremely rude host as soon as we checked in we were told we were late ( check in time 3pm, we arrived at 3:30pm. ) didn't realise we had to be there exactly 3pm as it was not mentioned in any email from owner. And as we are from overseas we had limited wifi access but I did let the owner know our approximate arrival. But by the sound of the host we were not the first with this issue. ( I did try and show her the communication I had from owner but host was not interested and continued to be rude) We had only cold water/ shower at -6 degrees Celsius and were told we should be happy that the heating works and we were therefore bad guests. I contacted owner who is living on a warm island and no response. If you are renting out your place in winter at minus degrees please make sure you put the money in to fixing the hot water system. And for the host: if you do not like your job do not take it out on your guest. Same if you have problems with the owner, which you obviously have.
