The room was beautifully decorated, it was truly relaxing. The cleansiness and decor above normal.

Fantastic clean, fresh, tastefully decorated room. Not overlooking the bridge but still with a lovely outlook of the trees. Accommodated our very late, last minute booking. We were with them within 30 minutes of booking.

Shower mat. Think this was probably just missed? Excellent additions including cutlery, bottle opener and wine glasses. One extra would be a corkscrew.

Room was lovely , very clean the bathroom was immaculate the bed was very comfortable nice soft sheets and bedding

Only issue I had was the mini fridge was a little loud and it took me a while to fall asleep

The central location and the room, which was roomy, comfortable, had a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers, a fridge with water and milk in and biscuits and crisps for snacks.

Only down side is if you have a car, their car park is away from the property, though it’s a locked private car park, so was relative safe. We were able to park on the Main Street to unload and collect the car park keys.

Large rooms clean and well set out closely located to centre of town. Food at the White Hart and la casita bar tapas was very good I’d recommend both also a very good fish and chip shop opposite and of course Eleys pork pie shop. You can buy a ticket to visit all the local museums which is good value and I’d recommend Blists Hill and the Tile museum.

Parking tricky in a small town. Couldn’t get into the Eleys spaces always full. However the local public car parks are free after 5pm and before 10am so this works quite well as an alternative and are a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The access codes to the property were different to the ones I’d been sent but help from the staff in the shop helped us sort this out.

The only thing I can think of was the difficulty accessing from the car park. Possibly to fit a grab bar in the shower
