"Great location and friendly staff, but for the price I would expect a more comfortable bed."

Location was great and loved the spacious room.

Our bed was very uncomfortable, we found it very hard. We ended up sleeping in the living room on the couches/fold out on our last night as those were softer and more comfortable.

Super ligging

Een ware doolhofervaring – maar dan in de slechtste zin van het woord. Wat ooit een hotel moest zijn, voelt vandaag als een chaotisch klustergebouw uit de jaren ’80: verouderd, onlogisch opgebouwd en compleet onherkenbaar. Het interieur is gedateerd, de sfeer kil, en het personeel straalt weinig gastvrijheid uit. Alsof dat nog niet genoeg is, stuurt Google Maps je doodleuk naar de achterkant van het gebouw — waardoor je uiteindelijk genoodzaakt bent om in een openbare parkeergarage verderop te parkeren en je bagage honderden meters te sleuren tot aan de ingang. En dan het toppunt: men profileert zich trots als wellnesshotel, maar zelfs voor de meest standaardfaciliteiten moet je extra betalen. 🤷‍♂️ Kortom: een ervaring die vooral vermoeit in plaats van ontspant. Geen aanrader

El personal excelente no se les podía pedir más, siempre pendientes de todo les pongo más de 10, la ubicación inmejorable en pleno centro cerca de todo a dos minutos andando de la estación de tren. La limpieza otro 10 estaba todo impecable y las camas super cómodas. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo. Deseando volver.
