Huone sänkyineen ja kylpyhuone olivat ok. Pysäköintjärjestelyt rakennuksen pihalla mainiot. Näkymät kapeahkolta parvekkeelta hyvät ja näkyi jopa Sveitsiin saakka. Parveke kylläkin lähinnä mallia "ranskalainen parveke".

Sinänsä hyvä, että asunnossa oli minikeittiö, mutta se oli varustukseltaan heikohko ja käytettävät astiat piti keräillä hankalasti lähes lattiatasolta. Tilaan olisi varmaankin sopinut yläkaappikin astioiden säilytystä varten. Aterimet surkeat, meinasivat hajota käsiin. Jääkaappi minikokoinen.
