已多次入住，記得去年六月遇上前枱服務員Ms Yamamoto,今次入住第一天沒遇見有點失望，誰料第三日早上遇見了，她居然還記得我這個住客，這就是日本服務精神，讓我六個晚上安心，此飯店交通非常方便，札幌JR站北口出一直行，過馬路見7-11，過少少就是酒店，旺中帶靜，設施乾淨、新，其他服務員每見客人都會打招呼

Gutes, neues Hotel direkt am Bahnhof von Sapporo. Für Bahnreisende sehr gut & schnell erreichbar und bis auf die letzten 50 Meter auch Wettergeschützt. Personal ist freundlich und professionell. Badezimmer etwas eng.

The room is in decent size. Bed was comfortable. A full range of amenities can be collected in the lobby area. Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to Sapporo station.
