已經第三次入住，交通便利，札幌站北口出一直走，見到7-11，過幾步就是酒店，要稱讚前枱服務員Ms Yamamoto,笑容滿面、盡力幫助解決問題，衷心謝謝，2/F休息處三點後有免費咖啡、地方舒適，9/F有取冰處及微波爐，再到札幌仍然選擇入住

已經第二次入住，札幌JR北口（北海道大學方向）一直行，見到角落7-11，過幾步就是酒店，員工非常有禮，2/F免費咖啡，休息室非常舒適，房間不算小，可以開兩個行李箱，下次仍然會入住

新しくて綺麗なホテルでとても良かったです。 ただ、禁煙ルームがいっぱいだったので、喫煙ルームにしたのですが、部屋に入るとタバコ臭くて。 空気清浄機と換気でマシになりましたが、ちょっと思っていたよりもタバコ臭がきつかったです。 それ以外は本当にいいホテルでした。 次は禁煙ルームに泊まりたいです。

清潔な客室 シングルは眺望はないものの、窓はある程度開くので空気の入れ替えが可能です。 長期滞在でも息苦しくないビジネスホテルでした。ありがとうございました。

"駅東口から徒歩５分"

駅東口から徒歩5分、どこへ行くにも便利な場所です。 チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりもしてくれるので大変助かりました。JRの列車の音が気になってフロントにお願いして部屋を交換してくれましたが、とても対応が良かったです。

駅北側すぐ、新しく綺麗で朝食のクオリティーは大変高いです。値段の割に素晴らしいです。大変おすすめです。

駅から近くて周りもコンビニが多かった。 飲食店は駅の中とか反対側に多かったから少し歩かないとダメ シャンプーとかリンスは残念パサパサになるよ
