La posizione, la pulizia. I piumoni caldi. I prodotti da bagno. Appartamento molto bello e silenzioso.

Il copri piumone che era fatto da due lenzuola matrimoniali, una sopra una sotto il piumone e che quindi si smontavano facilmente. La completa assenza di kit di cortesia, come cialde per il caffè, zucchero, carta da cucina o comunque il minimo indispensabile per stare un paio di giorni senza dover comprare confezioni poi inutilizzabili. Non era presente nemmeno un sacchetto della spazzatura di ricambio. La camera inoltre era un po’ fredda. Il prezzo è eccessivo per quello che offre…

Casa molto pulita ed accogliente. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, rispondeva subito se contattato

Appartamento pulito e con un' ottima posizione.

Frigo rumorosissimo che ha reso la notte insonne. Inoltre , trovare la cassetta con le chiavi è stata una caccia al tesoro. Siamo arrivati di sera, quindi trovare la cassetta nel giardino al buio non è stato facile. Fortunatamente non pioveva altrimenti sarebbe stato un disastro.

This is our first negative review in over 5 years of travelling multiple countries and continents. It was nightmarish enough to validate this review. We stayed at this property in August, when temperatures consistently exceeded 40°C. The main reason for selecting this apartment was the advertised provision of air conditioning. Despite having paid a premium price for this amenity, the air conditioning was non-functional throughout our stay. The sleeping area is directly underneath the roof, making this hottest part of the building. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that we were traveling with our dog, for whom we were charged an additional €50. No other additional amenities were provided for the dog either - typically a dog bed and food bowls are the norm when you’re charged extra for the dog. A serious maintenance issue with the AC arose during our stay. Water began leaking from the AC vent on to the staircase, which btw is the only way to access the bed on the mezzanine or the toilet on the lower level. We made this issue known immediately and the hosts’ response was to instruct us to place towels on the staircase and await a technician. The following day, our work commitments were disrupted for over 90 minutes while repair work was carried out. However, that very night the problem recurred with greater severity. At approximately 1:00 a.m., we were awoken by loud sounds from the AC along with water pouring out of the vents further disrupting our sleep and comfort (documented in a timestamped video submitted to Booking.com), requiring us to again lay towels on the staircase to mitigate the risk of slips and falls in the middle of the night. After this incident, the hosts ceased all communication and responsibility. Our repeated messages went unanswered, including basic queries regarding checkout instructions. This lack of response persisted until our departure, demonstrating a complete failure of duty of care.
