Dipladenia Garden Country Resort

Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Ausreichend kostenfreie und sichere Parkplätze. Poolbereich war auch super und Zimmer reichen auch aus. Frühstück war gut. Mini-Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist ein Pluspunkt. Man bekommt beim Einchecken auch eine Liste mit Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Lage und der Blick auf den Ätna waren auch besonders toll.

Das Zimmer hat jeden Tag nach Toilette gerochen schon beim Einchecken.

The breakfast was excellent. There was always at least one attendant and often times two who were there to accept any special requests for breakfast items such as omelets, and other grill items. There was a good variety of things to eat for breakfast and the breakfast location outside was sheltered from any wind and comfortable. The hotel had an excellent view of Mt Etna. There were no obstructions of the view. Christian the day manager/receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was also nice. The hotel was located on the edge of the city in a large expansive location which was very much appreciated. The parking area was plentiful and secure which was very much appreciated. The hotel was an oasis and a great place to relax and exhale after driving to see the various sites. Driving can be very stressful in Sicily!!

I would have to say that leaving the property to find a restaurant was a bit stressful. The city streets are small and congested and venturing out in the rental car at night was never my favorite part of being in Sicily. Had a restaurant or two been within walking distance I would have been very pleased. Also, I didn't find a single English speaking channel on the televsion. I get it, it's not England or the USA but I would think purchasing and providing one English speaking station would have been a nice little luxury while drifting off to sleep.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit guter Anbindung nach Taormina (ca. 25 Minuten). Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstück vielfältig. Klare Empfehlung!
