Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant breakfast included. AC worked well in room. Very clean.

It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach boardwalk and on to zona Rosa but it’s a really nice property and worth the walk in the warm breeze

Our stay at hotel boutique Casa Hendaus was ok to some degree. We had booked a Delux room and what we got was next to Delux. First a small room (105) without Windows and next a smaller room (201) with window. We were shown another larger, but no Windows, só we chose to stay in 201. The neighbourhood is quiet and only 5 mins by cheap taxi to Town center. A walk to the beach walking área takes only 15 mins. The Hotel is beautifully decorated in Aseatic style. Reminds us of Thailand. The breakfast had 6 different menus to chose from. Very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although they could not provide us with a better room. All was occupied and called Suites at a higher price. There was a small outdoor common area with a small bath, but adequate for this small Casa. We have travelled a lot around the world, but never had a Deluxe room like this.

The location was far from everything , the rooms that I got on the ground floor with no view at all , the humidity in the rooms , the pool ( that I think they got it only for the photos ) The breakfast was poor , the price is way too expensive for what it offers but in defense i think the whole island is like this …

As other reviewers have mentioned, the breakfast is amazing. There is coffee available by 7:00 even though breakfast only starts at 7:30. Bed was very comfortable and the overall vibe and upkeep of the hotel are great. Other guests were quiet and respectful. Rebeca (manager) has lots of good suggestions for activities and restaurants, and there's a small grocery store two doors away

While there aren't that many flights, the hotel is very close to the airport. It's also about a 20 minute walk to the main area for restaurants and the beach. Hot water and water pressure were also a bit of an issue. Not deal breakers but to keep in mind if that's a thing for you.
