No hot tub. Room was small but clean. Friendly front desk. Good location for door dash.

The staff was friendly, and each one was helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was spacious and had nice furnishings.

The staff were very friendly unhelpful, although they did not locate my husband’s earbuds. They were very kind about it.

The beds were ok. The shower was good. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was not available an hour after breakfast start time. Had to search down someone in the kitchen and found out this was the same person taking care of the desk. Not enough help. When coffee was made it had lots of grounds in it. In the room the electrical outlet nearly came out of the wall when unplugging. Notified the desk. There is definitely a lack of service personnel at this facility. The price was more than several other hotels in the area and I am disappointed. I will not stay there again.

Complimentary Breakfast: The breakfast experience was disappointing due to slow and inconsistent service. Even though we arrived with a full hour remaining before breakfast ended, we had to wait a long time for basic items like waffles, milk, and sausage to be refilled. The overall selection was already limited, and during that final hour, items were only replenished once. For instance, only six sausages were brought out—insufficient for our group of seven. It gave the impression that the service was poorly managed that morning. Room: We stayed for five nights with our children. At check-in, staff informed us that housekeeping was provided every two days, but in reality, our room was only cleaned on the fourth day. Additionally, on the sixth day at 10 a.m., housekeeping knocked on our door very loudly and abruptly, creating an unpleasant checkout experience.
