Not very clean, we had to change rooms initially because it appeared that our room was never cleaned at all. The hotel just seemed to feel somewhat unkept in general. There were also multiple instances where coffee had run out during breakfast and we had to get somebody to refill. This hotel probably mostly deals with people traveling for work so not having reliable coffee is a pretty big bummer to me.

Very clean, nice staff

Two areas of improvement: (1) Clean the air filters on the HVAC unit in the room. Dirty filters make the unit really noisy. (2) At least pick up the garbage from the room each day. I don't need the linens replaced each day, but at least pick up the garbage.

Hotel was nice, rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk waited until he processed our card to tell us the hot water wasn’t working and they didn’t have a time frame for when it would be fixed. He said it with a smile….we didn’t realize he was serious until we checked that night. We checked in at 8pm and by 10am, it still wasn’t fixed.

Very nice property.

New facility, clean safe neighbourhood.

Close to my reason for visiting Rochester.
