"hotel has really bad soundproof system"

it was located along the roadside, opposite the beach

the hotel has very bad soundproof walls, doors, windows, noisy guests from other rooms laughed, screamed, chitchatted in the hallway and we couldn't sleep because it's way too noisy, around 11pm, the sound system even played loudly a song thru speaker in the hallway. Around 5am plus, the sound from team building group on the ground nearby can be heard clearly and it was so irritating.
