The room and location was great but there was no hot water on day 2 and 3. I had this reported but no help was accorded to try fix it.

Pluses: Quiet, safe, centrally locsted.The room was big enough for a queen bed and that was about it. The room didn't look like the internet photos. No shampoo.The shade was broken, plus one had to walk up 50 steps. Not worth the money. had to walk up fuf

We loved Split Palace Luxury Retreat. Nestled right in the middle of anywhere you would you would want to go in Old Town, the room was a perfect location. It was charming and clean. I would stay there again and recommend it.

This place was awesome to stay at .. cool and the a/c is great, bed was good but the stove top didn’t work … but no worries, good food all around. A small freezer or ice machine would be lovely! Thank you for a wonderful place to call home!

Ein super gelegenes Mini Appartement mitten in der old city von Split. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Ein sehr bequemes großes Bett. Badezimmer tip top. Allerdings sollte man als Paar mit kleinerem Gepäck anreisen, da es im Zimmer keine große Möglichkeit gibt das Gepäck bzw die Koffer abzustellen. Der Vermieter Karlo war äußerst hilfreich und hat uns super Restaurants empfohlen. Der Check-In war problemlos…. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und besonders bemerkenswert ist, dass wenn man die Fensterläden ganz schließt und das Rollo ganz runterzieht, es trotz der belebten Lage sehr sehr ruhig ist!

We were met by extremely friendly and helpful Toma who gave us a tour of the apartment and lots of information, website links and ideas of things to do in Split. We had a top floor apartment which consists of 1 bedroom and open plan living room and kitchen / dining area, and of course, a bathroom. So plenty of room for a couple. Our apartment was super quiet, we could not hear anything from other apartments or outside street noise. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, both bedroom and open plan areas had an air con (must have when it's 30+C outside) and the kitchen is well equipped in case you're planning for a longer stay. The location is amazing; pretty much everything in the old historical centre of Split is up to 5 mins walk, including a seafront (or Riva) with plenty of restaurants and artisan stalls. The ferry terminals to nearby islands as well as coach station and railway station are up to 10 mins walk away. In summary, an amazing apartment in an amazing location.

Perfectly located, would be hard to find a more ideal location, close to the main promenade and the water, as well as a leisurely 10 minute waterfront stroll or so from the main bus station where the Airport Shuttle bus arrives. Room has modern amenities, including a hand steamer for ironing as well as Netflix (and other streamers) available on the TV, (sign into your own account and remember to sign out before you leave!). The room was compact, clean and renovated, perfect for me travelling solo. Staff were extremely friendly and also went out of their way to help me with an issue I had, making sure I received a package being sent to me. Bathroom is clean, modern and has good water pressure and plumbing. Bed was fine and comfortable. I was in Split when the temperature was hot and the air conditioner has the ability to turn the room into an ice box if desired — I could walk around in a fur coat like Zsa Zsa Gabor (if need be) whilst it was 34 degrees Celsius outside. Would recommend this place to anyone. Other than the disabled or those elderly with very heavy bags as you have to climb two flights of internal stairs to reach the room. You ARE met by a host who lets you in and can potentially help with luggage. I stayed 3 nights and the room was not serviced, you’re on your own as no staff on site, I had no worries with that.
