Lumina at LOSANTOS Tulum

Honestly, our stay was just amazing, I cannot name any single thing we didn't like. The host was very responsive and could quickly help with our questions/ queries. Accommodation itself was nicely decorated and spacious. Having a clean and large swimming pool and gym on the territory was a big hit for us. Also, having some kitchen supplies (like coffee, olive oil, salt) was really nice, that tells you hosts really think of their clients. The location was also nice, we were with the car so were driving everywhere.

Nothing really. There was a bit of noise from the main road if we left the windows open although the road didn't look too busy.

Die Lage ist toll wenn man Ruhe sucht und Erholung braucht. Gleichzeitig sind fussläufig einige schöne Kaffes und etwas weiter weg 2 grosse Supermärkte. Die Anlage ist noch im Aufbau hat aber alles was man braucht. Gym und Pool sind sehr gut ausgestattet und schön. Die Wohnung ist super schön. Betten sind komfortabel und gross.

Leider war der Service während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gut. Wir hätten noch kleine Handtücher benötigt (da nur eins vorhanden) diese wurden leider nicht zur Verführung gestellt. Der Milchschäumer war leider defekt auch dieser wurde nicht ausgetauscht (was nicht allzu schlimm war, da ja eher ein Extra) Handtücher waren allerdings doof. Bzw. ist es ärgerlich wenn man ein Anliegen hat und dieses nicht erfüllt wird.

No hay lugares cercanos para cenar. Una lista de restaurantes o comida rapida que ofrezcan entrega a domicilio hubiera sido muy util.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Lumina Apartments. The apartment itself was the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed in – incredibly spacious, stylish, and finished to a very high standard. The terrace with the hammock was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Everything, from the furniture to the crockery, felt premium and thoughtfully selected. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped – my husband, who is a chef, genuinely enjoyed cooking there, which says a lot! The location is fantastic, with easy access to both downtown and the beach, as well as nearby shops. We rented bikes and an ATV, which made exploring the area and visiting cenotes super easy and fun. The pool area is stunning, and the gym is perfectly equipped for a good workout. What truly stood out, though, was the tranquility – it’s incredibly quiet, with only the soothing sounds of the jungle around you. If you’re looking for a relaxing, stylish oasis with everything you need, Lumina Apartments is the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back!
