Hotel Puerto Amazonico

A cama e boa.

Não há estacionamento, banheiro fedido, nao há água quente no banheiro, havia ate um copo sujo dentro do banheiro. O ar condicionado nao funcionava bem. O elevador nao funciona e colocaram a gente no 4o andar. Andares sujos, mau limpos, piscina suja. Por fim ainda cobraram um valor a maior do que na oferta do booking.

La ubicación

Es un hotel que da poca confianza. La insonorización pésima, escuchas estornudar al vecino de al lado. El desayuno una bolsa con un sanwich y un café soluble.

La distribución de las habitaciones era buena y el joven que me atendió fue muy amable

La limpieza, no había personal suficiente para una limpieza adecuada

Cleanliness, staff, facilities, amenities, almost everything

The staff were very friendly and the bed was clean.

Pretty bad location and it’s expensive compared to some of the other much nicer hotels. Better to look towards plaza de armas as a tourist.

Nothing

The service was terrible!!! They tried to steal from us 40 sol extra for late checkout (80 made up number instead of 40 that was written in sign). Afterwards, we got to room and it was dusty and dirty!!! After we requested to clean the bath that was dirty (twice because at the first time they didn’t use soap) we realised that there was not hot water!!! After we had a cold shower on the next day we requested 3 times that we will have hot water in shower before we will go and every time the staff told us sure we are taking care of it. In reality, they talked on the phone with friends even when we asked for extra towel the person in reception didn’t answer us just threw the towel on us and continued with the phone. Afterwards we discovered that there were no hot water in shower and when we confront the person in reception he told us that we should be thankful that he even came and didn’t stay in reception without answering us. Horrible experience don’t even try!!!!!!

The staff. My favorite part was the staff… above and beyond. My boyfriend at the time physically abused me. This Group of staff took me in, protected me, called the police and somehow someway found a way to put me in high spirits again. I left for the Amazon for a few weeks and then returned to this establishment. If you decide to stay anywhere else…. Your a fool.

The staff were as helpful as they could be since we were unable to speak spanish

we could not make use of the pool as it did not open for use until 10am

We liked the staff

The breakfast wasn't to our liking, in particular the coffee unfortunately. Not a lot of food options either, plus a few flies. We had to go to a cafe for breakfast in the end
