Treebo Urban, 1 Km From Railway Station

I don't like anything about the property.

The staff and especially the Receptionist are very bad ill manners they don't know how to talk with a lady. They charges extra 1200 rupees from me as I request for early check-in. At that time period they didn't even mention it.

The location is really convenient if you're travelling by train. It's also very central to Surat. The accommodation is a standard hotel room and meets all the basic expectations.

location and breakfast both were nice..staff was very friendly..but need to improve on many fields..

just need to tell them to clean the room n ask for water bottles each day..why they don't serve eggs in breakfast (buffet)is a surprise.. although they have serve the same in rooms...Rooms are compact and not appropriate for 2ppl..
