Walking into this establishment, i was greeted with staff that had smiles on their faces. The receptionist that helped us was very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Every staff member we passed greeted us. The room was phenomenal , packed with all essentials. Definitely my go to hotel for future stays to Oklahoma!

A good stay but elevator was broken when we were checking out. Our room was on the third floor and we are older folks so it was a struggle getting our luggage down the stairs. Everything else about our stay was excellent.

Location was good. Communication with staff and assistance was lacking. Notified staff 4 separate times about incorrect charges applied to account. Have yet to resolve. Was informed that today being a weekend would not be able to speak with manager. Poor customer service.

Check in was wonderful next day elevator went out only stairs to get to 3rd floor room attendant on duty wouldn’t even give his name or the managers name was very rude I have asthma n can’t go up 3 flights of stairs

We love staying here. The beds are so comfortable and the shower is amazing. Many times it turns out to be the showers that keep me from going back to hotels. But not here.
