Bella e di design la struttura, ampi spazi, personale molto gentile.

Nella stanza c'erano ciabatte e accappatoio solo per 2 persone su 4. Purtroppo non c'è il bidet pur essendoci molto spazio in bagno. Mancano supporti per valigie aperte.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were exceptionally attentive and responded to all our requests promptly. The location is also perfect.

We enjoyed the location, breakfast and the pool. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was great for our family of 5. We especially liked the large balcony and having a laundry machine inside the apartment. The staff were outstanding and we especially appreciated Ana’s assistance when I had to add an extra night at the last minute. We happened to be there during the religious celebration of Corpus Christi and were fortunate to be able to watch part of the parade one evening from our balcony!

It was minor, but the beds were hard

The apart-hotel was lovely - a spacious two-storey apartment with a balcony and all the amenities we needed. Everything was comfortable and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Convenient central location!

The only area that could perhaps be improved was the housekeeping schedule, which felt a little inconsistent. On one day, housekeeping arrived around 4pm, and we asked if they could return at 5pm. Then on checkout day, the cleaner rang the doorbell at 10am despite checkout being at 11am, and rang again right at 11am. Travelling with family, checkout mornings can be a little hectic, and although we were only around 15 minutes past checkout, a bit more flexibility would have felt more in keeping with the relaxed atmosphere and luxury standards of a five-star property. Overall, though, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
