The Argyle on Mass Ave

Charming buiding and very fun neighborhood close to trendy speakeasies and dining options. Apartment is bright and clean. We appreciated the kitchen and all the basics were there like charging stations, pans, dishsoap etc. The host was responsive and overall it was a good stay. Furniture and appliances, TV etc are modern and in good shape. For us, we would have appreciated if there was a boot tray and place to hang our coats in the hall. More hooks in the bathroom to hang up wet towels would really help. We also needed a desk and lamp and extra bedside table. The bed was very saggy and uncomfy. The furnace is very old and loud - you cant carry a conversation or sleep through it. The water is very hard and the water heater pops and crackles very loudly. Radiant heating and a water softener are critically needed updates. The walls are thin and neighbours are heard clearly day and night. Security of the building and apt was good. We liked that it was dog friendly but found the pet and parking fees very high.

Perfect location, near nightlife, shops, and grocery stores. Even walkable from Lucas oil stadium.

Great place to stay. I felt safe coming and going all hours of the day and night. In proximity to restaurants and cafés.

I have stayed at this property on two separate occasions. It is in a wonderful location, and the staff are very responsive. It is reasonably priced, and it is my number one desired spot to stay at if I am traveling to Indianapolis.

Very clean. Great location. Felt safe. Walkable to most of downtown. But can get really loud at night. Unit could use more linens and blankets in the closet. Great communication.

The apartment was great... Very cozy. The only downfall is that you can hear everythkng happening outside. We were on the second floor and could here someone pulling a suitcase on rbe sidewalk.

Best place we ever stayed. We wanted to stay longer.

Overall, it was excellent. Any questions I had were answered almost instantly. The location was great and the price was very reasonable, compared to hotels.
