Hera City Hotel

La ubicación es excelente si necesitas un alojamiento de paso, para ir a Pammukale por ejemplo, ya que está a escasos minutos de las estaciones de tren y autobús. El personal es correcto y han tenido la amabilidad de guardar mi equipaje despues del checkout, incluso me han permitido dejar varias cosas en la nevera. El desayuno esta incluido, si bien no me resultó muy apetecible. La cama es comoda y el ambiente silencioso. La falta de limpieza es el punto negativo de este hotel, se nota que la habitación no se ha limpiado desde hace mucho tiempo, en el baño había pelos de anteriores clientes y el suelo estaba encharcado, debajo de la cama pude encontrar desperdicios varios. Las instalaciones y la habitación necesitan cierta renovación pero los servicios basicos por lo menos funcionan (ascensor, tv, minibar, etc). El precio economico hace de este hotel una opcion aceptable para una estancia corta

Pro: close to train & bus station Cons: stingy supplies (1 very thin 2-3mm toilet paper roll, broken hairdryer, non functional socket, 1 bath towel/ 1 hand towel/ 1 floor mat for 2 persons); no hangers nor hooks in the whole room except one 20” rail in bathroom; poor shower design: water all over the bathroom & very narrow even for me (155 cm 45kg)

The hotel is Good and I chose it because its in front or the bus station. Its a mid hotel. Room is big, breakfast is basic (no milk, no bread by the time I arrived) and the shower could be better (all the bathroom got wet). But in the overall for one night it was perfect

Excelente ubicacion y desayuno fabuloso

wir waren 2 Frauen. beim Einchecken und im Hotel waren nur Männer. komische Leute. Haben uns alle schräg angeschaut. beim ersten Zimmer ging Lampe nicht. beim zweiten Zimmer ging WC nicht. Alle Zimmertüren hat man nicht richtig abschließen können. Haben Angst um unsere Sicherheit gehabt und haben das Hotel verlassen. Meldung gemacht an Expedia, die leider keine Lösung dafür gefunden hat. Schwach :/

The hotel is exactly what we needed as base to visit Pamukkale and Efes (Ephesus) without lugging our baggages everywhere we go. The Denizli bus station is literally just 2-5 minutes away depending on one's pace. The staff speaks little English and does things with a lot of kindness. We were generously allowed to check in earlier (got lucky there was availability). For the price we have paid per night, I am even surprised there is a personal fridge in the room and that breakfast was included, although I didn't get the chance to eat as we always leave the hotel early. There was ample parking nearby and car rental companies are a few minutes walk away. Enterprise is within the same block towards the main avenue. The building and facilities have seen better days, but we are overall satisfied.

Zimmergröße und Einrichtung ist ok, Mini Fernseher, Dusche unhygienisch. Frühstück Katastrophal und ungenügend um 9;30 war fast alles leer wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt. Reesspender war defekt es gab kein Tee und kaffe
