Shared bathrooms very clean and individually lockable. Comfortable bed. Not too loud even on Saturday night Wish the car could have been parked somewhere more secure

It’s a great experience. Everything is great. Just have a little issue in parking when bar was open. I have to park near by and then move back into car parking. But it’s manageable. Thanks for your hospitality.

Staff were above and beyond. Food was also very very good we are pescatarian and still had plenty of options

Apart good location, nice room the concept of not getting the room serviced with the incentive of drink voucher is great.

When I asked about late checkout, I was approved to 1 hour late checkout free of charge. i.e. 12. When I came down, the person said there were some unpaid charges. I contested, saying I did not incur any of those, and asked about the nature and time of charges. He could not provide any information, just that I had some 16 dollar outstanding charge. And I kept indicating that I did not incur those charges. So the person said OK I will waive the charges, but you need to pay an extra 20 dollars for one hour late checkout which he had extended for free earlier. He even had my room number also written is his diary about 12 pm check out. I paid for 1 extra hour late checkout because I don't mind paying for what I have used, but that was very rude and unprofessional.
