Property is older but priced accordingly

We checked in woth Tim and were told if there was anything wrong with the room to let him know. The floor was filthy and sticky. Linnens were stained. There was human excretion on the bathroom door. The tub was dirty and damaged. The kitchenette area had food a rodent droppings all over the top of fridge and floor. The Tv had no remote and began to operate on its own and would not shut off. There were people sitting in dark cars in the parking lot. After this we decided this was not an appropriate place to stay. We went to the front desk because the phone didnt work, and told them everything. Tim was very nice at the time and assured me a full refund. Weeks later we only received half the rufund. When we reached out to Tim he changed his tune and say we "entered the room" so we had to pay for the night. Just because "we were too good to stay there" doesn't mean we get a refund. This is a terrible place maybe try the Bates Motel for a better experience. Thanks for being a liar Tim!

The bathroom was not clean and the sink was leaking. The tub stopped up after 1 shower and the water still hadn’t drained when we checked out. No one could shower. It smelled of bug spray & some sort of paint. I would never stay here again. I wish I could’ve saw it before I booked it! Just driving into the parking lot tell you so much. I do not recommend

This property was perfect for our visit for the Indy race. Clean with great staff. Would stay again!!

The manager/owner person at the front desk was a really nice guy. But that was the only good comment I can say. Room was filthy / old. TV had a red line through the screen, holder for cable was broken. Fire stick for reception, could not access regular TV channels. Vinyl floor broken. Sheets blankets dirty. Bathroom fan broke. Toilet roll bracket gone. Light bulb missing from lamp. Room was hot and no window to open for ventilation. Spiders and some sort of centipede on the floor. Floor not mopped. Old furniture. First night battery was broken and could not get into room, manager had to replace the battery. Hair in bathtub. We slept in our clothes because we didn’t feel comfortable with these conditions. We just got this room on Expedia because of price and proximity to air port and the Indy race track. Would not stay here again. Maybe other rooms there have been updated but ours was horrible.

Good for the price and a one night stay.

The room wasn't very clean. The floor hadn't been swept or mopped. There was a water leak under the sink. The fridge and microwave didn't work. There was a hole in the wall in the bathoom. But the owner was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

It was fine for a one night stay. Not the cleanest. There was mold on the bathroom wall and stains on the bathroom door. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

Very good value, very clean rooms, convenient location. Would stay there again. Owner is very nice and friendly

There was yellow running down the walls. The only positive was the bed was extremely comfortable
