"Exceptional"

We loved our stay eventhough it rained alot whilst we were there due to a storm. The lodge was immaculate a credit to the owners/ hosts. It had a wonderful cosy, homely feel to it so we had no problem just spending most of our stay inside. We will definitely book to stay again.

"Pleasant and relaxing"

Location was quiet lodge was nice and clean hot tub as great and quite a lot of wild life what was nice to see ie dear rabbits badgers

Out on a limb no on site facilities and a lot of empty spaces so made it feel like the site was not complete and am sure the write up did say sea view but the sea was a good walk with limited access to the beach

"Nice, relaxing stay"

Nice and quiet location, you can relax in a hot tube after a day packed with walks as the area offers a lot of them- it took me 2hours to get to Flamborough lighthouse.

Beautiful lodge inside and out. Just what we needed to relax after work. It is very well equipped with plenty of everything. The hot tub was great too. The lodge was spotlessly cleean

There is nothing to dislike it was great place to stay

Everything, the decor was beautiful, the stocked kitchen and little welcome bit such as chocs and wine were lovely

Hottub was freezing till our second day which was a shame when we were only staying 2 nights but the next day it's was great!

"It was ok"

The location was nice

When we arrived (30 minutes before check in) the cleaner hadn’t been in to clean yet. So we called and got told to leave for a few hours whilst they had been to clean, when we arrived back 2 hours later the cleaner was refilling the hot tub, she left it half full, so wasn’t actually filled up. We then couldn’t get into the he hot tub till around 11:30 at night because that’s how long it took until we had filled it up to the top and it had heated up with the delays of cleaning it out and filling it up.

"Nice lodge in a good location"

The lodge is in a great location and has easy access to walks.the beach.pubs and restaurants .The hot tub is a great addition and very welcome after a day walking.

There were a few issues but the owner dealt with them very promptly.
