Can Cirera really set the tone for a memorable stay. The staff were exceptional throughout warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to go above and beyond. We were delighted to be offered a room upgrade on arrival, a lovely touch that immediately made us feel valued as guests. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. Everything you need in Palma is right on your doorstep, making it easy to explore the city. There wasn’t a single thing I could fault. The whole experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for a standout place to stay in Palma.

Dude at the front desk from Venezuela was a soild guy. Helped with my bags and had a great chat.
