Public Parking on the road directly outside the house for 3 cars, all double rooms and a good sized kitchen/lounge area, overall excellent value given the number of rooms

Neither big issues - Opening leaver attached to the Plug in 1st floor bathroom sink not working and the shower on 2nd floor doesn't drain very quickly

House was very clean and spacious, 3 adults and 4 kids couldn't have asked for better, owner was very quick to respond to any quires or questions will definitely revisit.

convenient location - the free parking is a bonus.

we like everything about this property- it is very clean, comfortable beds, nice clean bedding and towels. plenty of tea and coffee good TV. Nicola is really quick to respond and a good host. We stay in many places in Liverpool for work and this is one of the best ones we have stayed in - we will be back.

Enough bedrooms and bathrooms.

It wasn’t the cleanest, if you were lookout the fine details. Not enough mugs for everyone to have a hot drink all at the same time.
