Villa Ephesus Hotel

Fantastic breakfast, excellent location. Lovely boutique hotel, with beautifully decorated seating areas overlooking to the harbour. Jade beach club is about 40 minutes walk (or catch taxi from in front of the Kervansaray), and the Kazım Usta Restaurant is just ten minutes away.

Wonderful location-close to all the action, but in a quiet pedestrian area. Delicious breakfast and the pool was such a nice place to cool off in the afternoon.

WiFi was off and on when we were there, but we think we just got unlucky. Other guests said it had been fine before we arrived.

Villa Ephesus is in the perfect location for arrival at the harbor, in close proximity to restaurants, and ideal for connecting with tours. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful! They made sure that every need was taken care of and that we were comfortable during our stay. Our family’s favorite part was the fresh lemonade we were given upon arrival and spending time together in the outdoor lounges.

Make sure to ask for directions to the front gate. Just searching for the address in the maps app does not take you to the correct location.

Very comfortable accommodation, the breakfast was amazing as was the staff . The pool was very welcoming on those hot days after a tour . Melek was the star ⭐️ I would hope to come back to Kusadasi one day

Villa Ephesus was a wonderful hotel! So convenient to everything. The owners are so incredibly friendly and helpful. It is a small boutique hotel with all of the comforts and a nice personal touch! The sunsets from the terrace are amazing and the breakfast is a feast. I highly recommend the Villa Ephesus if you are going to Kusadasi.

The staff are amazing and so professional. The help with locating and retrieval of my lost luggage was so appreciated. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the decor is beautiful. The breakfast was enjoyable. Melek is a beautiful lady and so friendly and kind. We loved and enjoyed our stay. Location is amazing, so close to everything. The rooftop terrace was the best!

Turkish coffee at 225 TL is a bit ridiculous. The cushions are beautiful on the bed, but so hard and very uncomfortable.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The decor, the room, the views from the terraces are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and Melek and her team provided white glove service. The rooftop terraces are beautiful to watch the sunsets. The location is central with just steps to the market and restaurants, yet also peaceful. The owners have put in the extra touches to make staying at this hotel an experience. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Not an issue for us but there are stairs to the entrance and terraces. Staff are there to help you with luggage.

Lovely ambiance, well positioned & attentive staff. Management is personable and full of suggestions when approached. Overall a very good experience for us.
