I truly appreciate the services and helps from Mr. Nonoda Takuya of Daiwa Roynet Hotel Sendai for: 1. Solving the mistake of wrong booking which were 2 rooms for 2 people ( in fact, 2 rooms for 3 people ) without extra payment. 2, Sacrificing his holiday to prepare restaurant information for me. They were great meals I have ever had; one was Japanese food, the other was Japanized Chinese food. I am looking forward to meeting Mr. Takuya soon.

Most staffs seems unwilling to speak in English.

Hotel je blizu stanice za prijevoz, mirna lokacija, trgovine su u blizini, u sklopu hotela je u 7-eleven i to je bilo odlično! Svidjelo nam se što smo bili na visokom katu, krevet je bio udoban, soba jako prostrana, osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo!

Soba koju smo dobili bila je pušačka, a u tom trenutku to je bila jedina dostupna opcija koju smo mogli rezervirati. Prilikom prijave rečeno nam je da se u sobi ne puši. Vjerujem da je to standardna informacija koju dobivaju svi gosti, no po ulasku u sobu osjetio se vrlo jak miris cigareta, što upućuje na to da se u njoj ipak pušilo. Kao nepušaču, taj miris mi je bio posebno intenzivan i neugodan, a prostor se nije mogao provjetriti jer se dim očito uvukao u namještaj i zidove. Također, u sobi je bilo hladno, a klima uređaj koji smo pokušali uključiti radi grijanja, nažalost, nije bio u funkciji.
