"We were attending a wedding in Bernal and this hotel added to its charm."

The hotel is located close to town. Bernal is a charming city. We only had to walk about 5 minutes to find local restaurants and shops. Our room had a hammock. From our room, we could view the Pena de Bernal, the Monolith in Mexico.

Honestly, it was perfect for the location and the price. Brenda is the manager, and she was terrific. She assisted us with excellent recommendations and made us feel welcome. Brenda and her staff helped make our stay comfortable. If you are looking for a 3-star hotel that offers a truly authentic experience, this is the boutique hotel you are looking for.

The service was excellent! Leo treated us wonderfully, making our stay much more comfortable—his attention to detail was the best part of the hotel. The property is beautiful, with an amazing view and conveniently close to everything. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect, it was right in the heart of the old town

We booked a family suite but when we arrived, we were told that we could not have it as it was double-booked. They offered us a discount on a smaller room which we took as it was already late in the afternoon. We had to ask for toilet paper and toiletries as our room had none. The toilet did not flush properly even after they plumbed it. There was often no one at reception, even when ringing the bell no one answered. Even though the hotel lists it's family suite as having a bath, we were told that there was no bath in it (it was one of the main reasons we booked it)
