Great hotel , exceptional service Two downsides : Electricity went off quite frequently sometimes for 30 mins , surprising that there was no generator There was a wedding going on during our stay and many areas were used for the wedding and hence , not accessible to guests
We had an excellent stay in the hyatt. The service overall is amazing. From the rooms to the concierge services we had a great experience. Nigel at the front desk, Yaman from the restaurant and Saurabh and his team all did an amazing job. Would stay here again for sure!

Absolutely would recommend this amazing hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Jaipur. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble . The hotel welcomes all its guest with a traditional cocktail and a small ceremony to make you feel right at home. Best hotel we have stayed in ever ! 😊
Property itself was great and excellent staff. The approach road to hotel pass through a run down locality with garbage along road sides was lots of dust and potholes.
Extremely beautiful property
The physical property is spectacular. Like you’re staying in a palace. The common areas are clean and impressive. The room is modern and comfortable and geared to the traveler. The problem is the staff. Upon arrival you are not greeted, but met by uniform guards who confiscate your bags for screening. When we checked in the young woman must have been in training. She didn’t greet us, but asked for our passports and disappeared for 10 minutes. She sent us to our room without that key card jacket so we didn’t know our room. The restaurants have excellent food but the staff is off-putting. Our waiter unilaterally gave me a double cocktail - without asking - and when I saw it on the bill he said he decided to give me a double because I was a big guy. My son asked for ice cream and he said it wasn’t available, and pushed him to choose another desert, but when my bread pudding arrived it had a side of ice cream. The menu laughably offers lobster boullabaisse, but it was obviously bisque. Good bisque, but wrongly named. The salmon meunière did not have the classic French sauce but was on a bed of tomato coulis. When our room was cleaned we were left with two almost done rolls of toilet paper, and no new ones. We traveled for two weeks in India and stayed at the St. Regis in Mumbai and the Imperial in Delhi. Physically, the Hyatt Jaipur surpasses any of the others. But the amateurish service and simple mistakes like misnaming classic dishes, distracts from that.
