Surrey Resort

We arrived thinking that we had a reservation. We were told that they had no reservation for us from Expedia. Expedia had sent them my name, but no date. This was now three weeks ago. I have been unable to get my $$$ back from Expedia or the resort. I would be EXTREMELY hesitant to use Expedia again. The resort was great; Expedia was not.

I stayed here with my son for a get away weekend. Was very impressed with the resort, the service and the area. We will definitely be going back and bringing the entire family and friends.

We really enjoyed the experience.From the beginning, our hosts were patient and very accommodating. Our "tent" was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the pool and sitting by a fire under the stars (wow), and the friendly guests. I highly recommend staying at Surrey. You won't regret it.

Friendly staff and walking distance to town. Beautiful property. Bathrooms were a little dirty and no place to set your toiletries down. Also tents are close so you can hear your neighbors. Lucky for us one of our neighbors was great! The other not so much.

This cute little glamping resort met and even exceeded all our expectations. High points are the friendly staff, clean showers and restrooms, campfire amenities, pool, and pickle ball courts. It's also in a great location. It's nestled at the end of the Guerneville main drag. So, it's away from the city noise. Yet everything downtown is still accessible. There was no wait for showers and the camp beds were very comfortable (which were two prior concerns of mine). Very clean tents. And if you're there at the right time of year like we were, you can snack on wild blackberries and passionfruit! I especially recommend this place if you're staying with close friends or family. You'll feel more brought together by the common area between tents than you would with hotel rooms. Yet the separate (and again very clean) glamping tents are nicely spaced and private.

Loved the whole thing from pool to dandelions growing inside the tent. Would have liked to know there was coffee available in the morning.

Super great resort. So beautifully done. It gets cold at night so it was nice that they give you a heated blanket. I wish they would allow more than 2 people per tent so that we could bring our kids next time. Otherwise we loved our stay.
