Geen airconditioning waardoor het erg warm was in de slaapkamers.

Таунхаус удобный,светлый,с небольшим открытым двориком,двумя отдельными спальнями,выделенными в закрывающийся спальный блок,с совмещённым душем с туалетом между спальнями.Веранда,выходящая во двор.Кухня,совмещённая с залом.

Отсутствует кондиционер,а с открытыми окнами спать шумно - крик чаек мешает.

-Good location in walking distance to city centre -We were given a list of places to visit, which was nice - The location is a bit outside of the centre which was pleasant and more quiet

- The electrical heaters weren’t really strong enough to heat up the place, so it was quite cold. - even though we agreed on the check in time, we had to wait 45 minutes in front of the house until the responsible person arrived. At that time the apartment wasn’t even cleaned, so we had to wait an additional half hour. - The apartment had a very humid smell, there are several places with mould on the walls - it rained quite a lot when we were in Porto. We noticed that the ceiling had a hole through which water leaked at a regular interval. This should be fixed before the issue gets worse. - we informed the apartment person about a broken electrical window shield. The issue wasn’t fixed during our stay there which was a shame.

Very nice place and comfortable. Great location. The only issue we had was with the bathroom. It produced a strong smell and we couldn't fix it, even when we opened all the windows. But besides that, no complaints.

The bed was super comfortable, the place was clean and very nice.

*** 1) When I booked this Airbnb in January 2024, the city tax price was €2 per night, per person ON MY RECEIPT/confirmation of booking. During my stay, I received a message that YOUR finance department made an error, and I owed an additional €6. I paid it, although I didn't agree with or understand why. When I returned home from my trip, I reached out to question it. I was told the rate in 2024 went up to €2.5 per night. While it does not seem to be much money, I booked it in January 2024 (supposedly when the price went up), and my receipt did NOT say the price was increasing. The price was €2 ! I have asked for a refund of the €6 since it was an error on YOUR COMPANIES part and NOT an underpayment on my part. I was denied the refund. I think this is poor customer service on your part. I will be sure to alert all my friends and family to avoid booking with your company because of this. Hopefully, you will see it from a customers view and not let greed take over. Here, in the USA, the customer pays the price that is posted..be it in a store or accommodation, even if the posted price is incorrect. It IS NOT the customers fault or responsibility!!*** 2)Having to provide our own bath tissue, paper towels etc. Other Airbnb's I've stayed in had them provided for the entire stay.
