The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was small but charming. We loved the location - within walking distance of the main attractions but quiet and next to a park.

Staff super gentile, colazione buona (anche se non certo pantagruelica), giardino molto molto gradevole e camera pulitissima.

La mia camera (junior suite) affacciava dal lato opposto al giardino, cioè una piazza bruttina ed estremamente trafficata che però non appare neanche in una foto della struttura, ingenerando in questo modo l'idea (sbagliata) che tutte le camere affaccino sul giardino. Insonorizzazione PESSIMA: dalla stanza si sente tutto quello che accade in reception, dal suono del citofono alle chiacchiere tra staff ed altri clienti, anche in piena notte. Il quartiere in cui si trova l'hotel non ha nulla a che vedere con le zone belle della città ed a piedi non è vicino alla Ribeira.

Good range of local produce for continental breakfast. Staff were excellent, friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely hotel with a gorgeous garden and swimming pool, friendly staff, convenient setting. Lots of shops, cafes and a metro nearby, easy enough to walk into Porto too. The room was clean, cool and comfortable and the garden really made it special. Great breakfast too! Staff were so helpful and welcoming. We’ll be back when we visit Porto again.
