The location was great

The thin futon bed was uncomfortable. My husband and I both woke up in pain each morning

The location was excellent. A short walk to the train station, next to the covered shopping street and well positioned for the sights of Nara. The facilities were very good with a shower and Japanese toilet and the property was very clean.

Not a lot not to like but the ceiling is close to the bed. Great for a person travelling on their own but a little tight, but suitable, for two.

Der Wasch/Küchen-Raum war gut.

10:00 Uhr-Check out. 11:00 Uhr wäre angenehmer Netflix war nicht umsonst.

Great location, next to the nice shopping street. The room was clean, had good design and was very spacious, the most spacious one that I had while traveling around Japan. There was a small sofa and lots of space for luggage. The shower room and the toilet are below the bed. It was quiet at night. The staff responded quickly to my messages. When I came to store my luggage in their office on the check in day, they were very welcoming. I had doubts about this place as it had few reviews, but it was overall a good experience, especially considering the price which for my dates was much better than alternatives.

The mattress on the loft was very hard, it felt like sleeping on a stone surface, I wasn't able to sleep well. You need to climb a ladder up there, which was fine for me but may be not for everyone. As it's an unmanned facility, there is no luggage storage. They allow you to store for free at their office which is a 7 mins walk from the place, but note that the hours are 10 am-8 pm. As I checked out much earlier, I had to store my luggage in the locker at the train station. The staircase leading to the upper floor is very steep and narrow, it was rather difficult to carry my suitcase up there.
