Great location and that is the only one thing to like

The digital key system is very confusing and difficult to work out. It needs internet connection which most international travelers don’t have. We are from Australia and were not prepared for all the hustle after 40 hours on a plane. Common area were awful: dirty, smelly and covered with cigarette buts. It wasn’t pleasant to walk in at all

Check in system. I would like to provide feedback regarding the digital check-in system used at the apartment. Unfortunately, I found the process to be quite confusing and not user-friendly, especially for guests arriving after a long journey. The instructions were unclear, and completing the check-in required multiple steps that were not intuitive. This created unnecessary stress and delayed access to the apartment. While I appreciate the effort to offer a contactless check-in experience, I believe the system could be improved by providing clearer instructions, simplifying the process, and offering easier access to assistance when guests encounter difficulties. I hope you will consider this feedback and make improvements to enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention.
