I really liked the location, the staff was very friendly and overall the room space was very good.

I think the room layout could be more functional, but it's designed to accommodate more people.

Location very near metro. Helpful staff. Free coffee and filtered drinking water. Can request for bigger towels. Can leave luggage before and after checking in or out.

Room is very small and cosy. You can’t fit in two big luggage. We just about managed with our two carry ons. No lifts. Small towels but I think Koreans use small towels. Bed a bit hard but could be Koreans like hard beds. Very small window. Hot and cold drinking water dispenser is at reception only so you have to take the coffee to your room up the stairs.
