The rooms are nicely decorated

The lamps were dusty. Only one coffee. Air con didn’t work. Waiting staff were not trained well, they continually walk pass dirty places, they don’t open bottles of wine at the table and we had to keep asking for things that should be quite apparent.

Stayed for one night whilst visiting Manchester AO arena. Comfortable, good food, friendly staff and atmosphere. Perfect for our needs, would definately use again for future visits to AO arena or other Manchester venues.

we used to live in Monton so this was our local, so nice to be able to stay somewhere so familiar when we visit friends

Very modern , clean with amenities we needed .

The room was cold, radiator wasn’t working, we told the staff, and no one came to sort it when we were told they would .

Cold!. Room just wouldn't heat up. Bathroom radiator didn't seem to work.

Lovely room, restaurant very good. Close to Monton, easy access to city centre.

Check out at 10am on a Sunday is a little early. Other than that perfect !
