Красивый вид, номер сделан больше как апартаменты, есть стиральная машинка, и кухня все специи, масло, чай кофе, плита для готовки, очень удобно и район очень классный🤍Телевизор и диван рядом с окном очень удобно.

В номере не убирали, когда попросила дополнительное одеяло , замёрзла, дали тонкий плед и сказали что одеяла нет.немного изношенная мебель.

Отличное расположение у старого города с его магазинчиками, кафе и рынком, близко к набережной и к марине. Великолепный вид из окон на море, марину с яхтами и горы с другой стороны залива. Номер хорошо оборудован, достаточно свежий ремонт, хорошая сантехника, чисто. Номер был просторный. Была стиральная машина и порошок.

Минусы незначительные. Чтобы добраться до отеля необходимо подняться по лестнице. При заселении персонал может встретить внизу у начала лестницы и помочь с багажом. Кровать не очень удобная, матрас на наш вкус слишком мягкий (или продавленный), а подушки слишком высокие. Насос за окном спальни включался всю ночь. Но думаю, это поправимо, и в целом минусы незначительные. Ещё громкая музыка из заведений старого города может мешать по вечерам.

Расположение в центре города

Вопиющая грязь, нелюбезный персонал, почти полное отсутствие сервиса. Остатки чужого кофе в кофе машине, грязный в пятнах и волосах пододеяльник, забитый волосами сток в душе, протекающая раковина в ванной комнате - чистили зубы и умывались в кухне , ржавая однокомфорочная плитка плитка, утюг настолько запущенный, что им невозможно гладить, даже просто прикоснуться к одежде … мы поменяли отель, как только смогли, хотя у нас остались невозвратно оплачены пять дней из семи. Уехать из этой грязи и отсутствия комфорта - было лучшим решением, никаких денег не жалко .

The rooms were amazing! Spacious, comfortable bed, clean and modern. A wonderful balcony with great sound proofing to the city noise. If it weren’t for the stairs it would be a 10/10 stay. We only stayed 1 night but would’ve been more than comfortable for longer.

The access to the hotel is via a lot of stairs, and there’s little lighting at night to help you find your way. This was fine for us as we had large backpacks, but those with heavy suitcases or elderly would really struggle. I believe the staff can assist you with luggage if required.

Location was excellent, just a few stairs away from the entry to Old Town. Ulas was extremely helpful, he met us at the bottom of the stairs near the port and offered to carry our bags. We were given an upgrade as I informed them it was my partners birthday which was such a nice surprise. Facilities were excellent- stove top, kettle, washing machine, bath, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. View was amazing too!

Unfortunately the room smelt like smoke on arrival. Additionally the toilet seat didn't stay up on its own.

Hotel service was very nice, accomodating and helpfull. Room was spacious and quite comfortable, with a beautiful view of the bay as seen on pictures here.

The location is really confusing, pin on the map shows different building. In reality you have to take many steps way up hill and go behind local houses (doesn't look safe and clean). We noticed there was a mold on the walls in the room and in the bathroom. The toilet lid wasn't properly secured - it kept falling down while open. The noise from clubs nearby was very loud, I had to sleep in my airpods.

The view from the apartment was nice and the host was kind.

The property owner failed to mention on the listing and hidden from the photos of the property the amount of stairs that need to be climbed to reach the property. I had a friend with a broken foot staying with me that could not reach the property and had to book a room in a different hotel after he had arrived to Fethiye.

Brilliant location right near old town, but fairly steep trail to get up and down from the hotel, was fine for us but not sure my 80+ parents would like the climb. Staff do take bags up and down.
