The room was heated when we arrived (early January). The person we had on the phone & messaged to solve the parking card & the Internet code not working issues was very helpful & quick to find a solution.

The card for the parking was not in the room as stated. The internet code given did not work.

The apartment was perfect for the short stay. Everything was clean and ready to be used and the vicinity to the city center is amazing.

Getting in and out of the garage especially when you arrive late is tricky.

The location was perfect, just a 6min walk to the Christmas market. Everything you could need was in the apartment. The views are also nice.

The apartment had absolutely no personality, very cold looking, little to no decoration. The mattress was terrible. Not something negative, but the blue shower tap is warm, and the red is cold. It was confusing.

The building and room smelled like cigarettes very heavily. The pillows were not actually pillows but I kind of wrapped blankets very uncomfortable.

Having a well equipped kitchen Balcony with a fantastic view of the old town and setting sun Excellent location near the old town Osnabrück

nothing I didn't like, Maybe an option to check in/access keys before 4PM

Perfect place for shot and long stay, nice and clean , quiet area. lovely neighbours.
