De locatie. Op 600 m van centrum.

Het appartement was erg basic. Verwarming wilde niet uit, gordijnen vielen van de rails, simpele eethoek gmet 2 stoelen, verder geen mogelijkheden om te zitten.

Die Innenstadt von Osnabrück war nach kurzem Fußweg erreicht. Sehr ruhig und angenehme Wohnanlage mit schöner Aussicht im 11. Stock.

process to collect the key or to even enter inside the building was complex, customer care number had long waiting and they demand your passport or residence permit which people don't feel comfortable to share with when your booking is confirmed. the customer care executive were insanely rude & insulting. if i would have not got the access i would have called police. it's a shame that they hire such arrogant people who don't know how to talk to people coming long distance. i'll never take this apartment ever again!

pathetic customer care service on phone and the entire process to lend the keys.
